Notre anti-colonialisme est anti-carc\u00e9ral<\/h2>\n

Si la prison est bel et bien obsol\u00e8te, elle existe pour maintenir un ordre social, capitaliste, sexiste et colonial. L\u2019ex\u00e9cution de condamnations p\u00e9nales mises en place par l\u2019administration p\u00e9nitentiaire vise toujours les m\u00eame personnes\u00a0: les pauvres et les personnes racis\u00e9.e.s. Dans le cas du colonialisme, la prison joue alors un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important pour punir toute une population qui refuserait de se laisser faire.<\/p>\n

Depuis 1967, les Palestinien.ne.s sont incarc\u00e9r\u00e9.e.s massivement dans les prisons coloniales isra\u00e9liennes. Le nombre de palestinien.nes d\u00e9tenu.e.s en prisons coloniales jusqu\u2019\u00e0 fin d\u00e9cembre 2023 a atteint les 8,800 prisonnier.es, dont plus de 4,000 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9.es depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019offensive g\u00e9nocidaire lanc\u00e9e sur Gaza en octobre. L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 Palestinienne collabore aussi \u00e0 cette incarc\u00e9ration de masse en lien \u00e9troit avec l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019Isra\u00ebl. En 2022, sous les ordres du pr\u00e9sident palestinien Mahmoud Abbas, 94 palestinien.ne.s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9.e.s .<\/p>\n

Les palestinien.ne.s peuvent \u00eatre interpell\u00e9.e.s \u00e0 tout moment par l\u2019arm\u00e9e et la police sans aucun mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat, et d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.e.s la plupart du temps devant la justice militaire, par exemple dans les territoires occup\u00e9s en Cisjordanie, alors que les colons isra\u00e9liens eux sont traduits devant la justice civile, m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019ils sont accus\u00e9s des m\u00eames choses au m\u00eame endroit. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un des aspects les plus flagrants et brutaux du syst\u00e8me d\u2019apartheid colonial.<\/p>\n

Plus globalement, toute forme d\u2019engagement politique, militant, associatif et civil est criminalis\u00e9e. Les conditions de d\u00e9tention sont particuli\u00e8rement violentes, les prisonnier.e.s subissent de la torture ainsi qu\u2019un usage de l\u2019isolement dans des formes particuli\u00e8rement cruelles. Tous les ans, plusieurs centaines d\u2019enfants et d\u2019adolescent\u00b7es mineur\u00b7es sont incarc\u00e9r\u00e9\u00b7es et subissent les m\u00eames s\u00e9vices que les adultes. Beaucoup de prisonnier\u00b7es sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9\u00b7es en \u00ab\u00a0<\/small>r\u00e9tention administrative\u00a0<\/small>\u00bb sans aucune forme de proc\u00e8s. On ne ressort pas de ces taules sans avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 \u00e0 vie physiquement et psychiquement, sans avoir d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des traumas lourds.<\/p>\n

Pourtant, ce qu\u2019il se passe en prison n\u2019est que la continuit\u00e9 de ce que la population palestinienne vit hors des murs, par le contr\u00f4le du territoire (murs, checkpoints, contournements routiers, etc.). L\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9duire au silence et isoler \u00e0 tout prix les voix palestiniennes, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une surveillance omnipr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n

Si Isra\u00ebl obtient tant de soutien de la part des \u00c9tats occidentaux, c\u2019est parce que le syst\u00e8me r\u00e9pressif isra\u00eblien constitue un mod\u00e8le pour ces \u00c9tats. Des programmes d\u2019\u00e9change existent d\u00e9j\u00e0, parmi lesquels le Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE<\/span>), un programme de la police de l\u2019\u00c9tat de G\u00e9orgie aux \u00c9tats-Unis, qui a pour but d\u2019entra\u00eener la police isra\u00eblienne aux techniques r\u00e9pressives et l\u00e9tales. Ils feront tout pour d\u00e9fendre cette d\u00e9mocratie coloniale, soyons d\u00e9termin\u00e9\u00b7es pour la d\u00e9truire.<\/p>\n

Il est donc plus qu\u2019important de soutenir les luttes des prisonnier-es partout dans le monde, y compris les prisonnier\u00b7es palestinien\u00b7nes\u00a0<\/small>! Depuis le CRA<\/span> de Vincennes \u00e0 la prison de Gilboa, vive la belle et feu aux prisons\u00a0<\/small>!<\/p>\n

If prison is indeed obsolete, it exists to maintain a social, capitalist, sexist and colonial order. The execution of criminal convictions set up by the prison administration always targets the same people\u00a0: the poor and racialized people. In the case of colonialism, prison plays a very important role in punishing a whole population who is refusing to let themselves be wiped out.<\/p>\n

Since 1967, Palestinians have been massively incarcerated in Israeli colonial prisons. The number of Palestinians detained in colonial prisons as of the end of December 2023 reached 8,800, more than 4,000 of whom have been detained since the beginning of the occupation\u2019s genocidal offense launched on Gaza in October. The Palestinian Authority also collaborates in this mass incarceration in close connection with the settler colonial state of Israel. In 2022, under the orders of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, 94 Palestinians were incarcerated. The Palestinians can be arrested at any time by the army and the police without any arrest warrant, and referred to the civil or military justice. Any form of political, militant, associative or civil engagement is criminalized. The conditions of detention are particularly violent, prisoners suffer torture as well as the use of isolation in particularly cruel forms. Some people leave prisons with serious sequels and trauma.<\/p>\n

What happens in prison, however, is only a continuum of what the Palestinian population experiences outside the walls via a control of the territory (walls, checkpoint, road bypass etc.). The goal is to silence and isolate Palestinian voices at all costs through ubiquitous surveillance.<\/p>\n

If Israel has so much support from Western states, it is because the Israeli repressive system is a model for these states. Exchange programs such as the Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE<\/span>) already exist between the police of the State of Georgia in the United States and the Israeli police to train them on repressive and lethal techniques. They will do anything to defend this colonial democracy, let us be determined to destroy it.<\/p>\n

It is therefore more than important to support the struggles of prisoners around the world, including those of Palestinian prisoners\u00a0<\/small>! From the detention center of Vincennes to the prison of Gilboa, long live the escapes and fire to the prisons\u00a0<\/small>!<\/p>\n
